Turin, 25 Dec. (LaPresse) – Statements made by Volodymyr Zelensky raise doubts as to whether he is capable of making appropriate decisions for a peaceful resolution to the Ukrainian conflict. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the Ukrainian president's Christmas speech in which he evoked the Ukrainian people's desire for Vladimir Putin's death. This was reported by the Tass news agency. “One wonders whether he is capable of making the right decisions for a political and diplomatic resolution,” said Peskov, who believes that Zelensky's speech was “uncivilised and angry” and that, overall, the Russian president “seems like an unbalanced person”. “One wonders whether he is capable of making appropriate decisions to resolve the situation by political and diplomatic means,” Peskov added.
