Rome, 4 February (LaPresse) – Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has described plans to deploy Coalition of the Willing troops in Ukraine as ‘open military intervention’. ‘All this, of course, is a blatant plan for foreign military intervention. That is how it should be defined,’ the diplomat said during a press conference, according to Tass. Zakharova added that the name of this coalition ‘has taken on new meanings’ after the disclosure of information contained in the Epstein files.
