After thanking his family and everyone who worked on the album, the Puerto Rican superstar concluded his speech with ‘Puerto Rico, I love you, thank you,’ powerful words that pay tribute to an album that is also a love letter to his island. The artist, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, was destined to dominate from the start. He also won the first award of the evening, Best Urban Music Album for “DTmF”.
